If you’re having trouble understanding why Verizon isn’t working for you right now, take comfort in knowing that you’re not the only one. Here is how some of the complainants briefly describe the issue:
Verizon Internet Outage
Everything depends on internet technology, including how it gets to your house and where you live. In metropolitan and suburban parts of New England and the Mid-Atlantic, Fios Home Internet is readily accessible. More and more communities around the nation are now offering 5G home internet service. Fios and 5G Home Internet are unavailable in most of the country because LTE Home Internet uses the wireless 4G LTE network to provide home broadband internet service.
Verizon Cell Outage
A mobile network outage is an unanticipated interruption that stops service from being provided to numerous cell locations simultaneously. Users of mobile devices in the affected area may experience a loss of voice, data, and/or messaging service as a result. Having no coverage or a weak signal is not the same as experiencing a mobile network outage.
