Who Is Carwise Middle School Teacher?
According to an arrest record submitted by the Pinellas County Sheriff’s Office, Jesse Schroeder, who is identified as a social studies instructor at Carwise Middle School on the Pinellas County Schools website, was seen outside a Palm Harbor condominium complex with his pants down.
Authorities claimed Schroeder could be seen pushing his hips up against an apartment building pillar and grasping and rubbing his exposed genitalia on the railing of the condominium’s stairway.
Carwise Middle School Teacher Arrested
A Florida affidavit claims that a middle school teacher was detained after a woman saw him wandering around naked outside of an apartment building. According to an affidavit from the Pinellas County Sheriff’s Office, a neighbour told police that she saw the man walking with no shirt on and his pants pulled down to his knees while peering out of the window of her upper apartment. She claimed to have observed the male stroll around the Palm Harbor apartment building, vanish for a brief period, and then return “totally nude” to the parking lot, according to the affidavit.
What Did The Deputy Say About The Incident?
According to deputies, Schroeder was seen wandering with no shirt on and his pants pulled down to his knees by a neighbour. The neighbour claimed that as Schroeder moved around her parked car, his sexual parts were visible.
Then, as Schroeder left the parking lot and made his way to a nearby road, he kept showing off. Authorities claimed Schroeder was completely nude when he returned.
The 39-year-old instructor was seen on surveillance footage taken by a neighbour on October 13 wandering around the apartment complex entirely naked just before 11:30 p.m., according to the arrest records.
