Linnethia Monique “NeNe” Leakes was born on December 13, 1967. An American television personality, actress, presenter, businesswoman, author, and fashion designer. Leakes has two sons named Bryson, 32 years and Brentt, 23 years.
On October 10, he was hospitalized after a heart attack and stroke. Shortly after the news emerged, her 23-year-old son’s health was in a video message to fans, noting it’s not how they wanted the story to come out. “Two weeks ago today, Brentt had congestive heart failure and a stroke,” she continued. “He’s only 23, so he’s young for something like that to happen to him.”

‘RHOA’ Star Nene Leakes
In the early seasons of RHOA, Leakes discussed how she used to be a stripper, didn’t think the man who raised her was her biological dad, and how Bryson’s dad (and her ex) was abusive to her. After she left said abusive ex, she began stripping, which was how she met Gregg.
Leakes said she’s working with a doctor’s team to determine the cause of his health condition, adding that it might be related to the COVID delta variant, but no official reason has been detected yet. Several tests were taken on him to see what could’ve made this happen to him,” still trying to figure it out. Leakes said Brentt is struggling with speaking but added he’s showing some signs of improvement.

Nene Leakes’ Son Bryson
In Season 3 of the show, NeNe had to throw Bryson out of the house after he had gotten arrested. At the same time, her marriage to Gregg was imploding; the two later divorced and remarried. The following season, NeNe welcomed Bryson home after a stint in prison. Later, in Season 4, it was revealed that he had fathered a daughter named Bri’Asia.

NeNe, also mom to 32-year-old son Bryson, noted that doctors wondered if drugs or an infection led to Brentt’s condition. However, as she clarified, “Brett doesn’t drink or do drugs. And obviously, they’ve tested him for all of those things. They also tested him for HIV. So they thought that maybe he had caught COVID and didn’t know that he had COVID.”

Nene Leakes Son Bryson Instagram
In recent years, Bryson has been noticeably absent from the show. However, he still has an active Instagram account, which he uses to show off pictures of himself, his mom, and his kids. Bri’Asia will turn eight in June of 2020 and has since welcomed two sons, Brayden and Blaze.
According to the 32-year-old’s Instagram bio, Bryson is a music “producer, manager, and aspiring actor.”
