Reportedly, there were concerns about the rapper’s mental health when a video went viral online of him shirtless in a fight with someone while holding loppers, a cutting tool used to prune trees. A video went viral where Rich Boy was getting into a fight with someone and there was no clarification if this was related to his arrest.

According to Sportskeeda, Richards was arrested for getting into a fight with his parents. Local news outlet AL.com said that on September 30, 2022, he was transported to the Mobile Jail.
