Who Is Nnamdi Kanu?
Nnamdi is a British-Nigerian political activist who advocates for the secession and independence of Biafra from Nigeria. Nnamdi is the leader of the Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB). The Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB) was founded by him in 2014. The main goal of IPOB is to reinstitute the separatist state of Biafra, which was present in Nigeria’s Eastern Region at the time of the Nigerian Civil War of 1967–1970.

When in court, Nnamdi Kanu took part regularly wore a Jewish prayer shawl and head covering. He spoke in court that he “believes in Judaism” and considers himself a Jew.
