Starbucks and Delta Air Lines have now partnered in a new venture and you could earn SkyMiles for your purchases at the coffee house franchise. But customers were reporting that it was not working for them.
The partnership was announced on October 12 and customers trying to link their Delta SkyMiles and Starbucks Rewards accounts have said they are facing technical troubles. Starbucks has flagged they are aware the link is not working for some customers.

Customers enrolled in the Starbucks Rewards and Delta SkyMiles loyalty programs could earn 1 mile per $1 spent on eligible purchases at the coffee house.
You could link your accounts on the Delta-Starbucks website by entering your first name, last name, and then SkyMiles number. If you are not already a customer, you can still get the loyalty program’s benefits by signing up for Starbucks Rewards and then joining Delta SkyMiles.
Why Is Delta Starbucks Link Not Working?
Several Starbucks Rewards and Delta SkyMiles members complained on Twitter that they could not link their accounts as the website displayed an error.
This might be due to unexpected incoming traffic and will be fixed sometime. You can also try linking your accounts after two hours. Delta Air Lines and Starbucks have addressed the issue at the time of writing this article.

The companies are offering a significant benefit as part of a promotional bid to get Starbucks Rewards and Delta SkyMiles members signed up to the program.
Customers who link their accounts between October 12, 2022, and December 31, 2022, will get 500 miles and 150 Stars after they make a qualifying purchase at each. If you link the Starbucks and Delta accounts after October 12, you will earn double stars at Starbucks stores on days when enrolled members have an organized flight with Delta.
