Joe Gassmann Arrested

In early 2018, Joe Gassmann was arrested in Naperville, Illinois, in DuPage county, for two counts of domestic battery, a Class A misdemeanor in Illinois. Townsquare Media released a statement: The DuPage County Jail confirmed that Gassmann had been in custody. Fox reported that he was released Sunday morning, and his schedule is arraigned on April 23 on the charges. Joe returned to the show near the end of May 2018, and The charges were eventually dropped.
