1. First, Log in to prime gaming.

2. Head to your account settings

3. Link your EA Sports Account with Prime Gaming

4. Ensure that the link is successful

5. Head to the ‘Games and Loot’ section

6. Click FIFA 23 and claim the Pack

7. After you have claimed the rewards, go to FIFA 23 and enter the Ultimate Team Store.

8. Choose My Packs, and the goodies must be there.
