In the last moments of last week’s episode of 9-1-1, fans saw Karen calling in an explosion at her office. The episode “Tomorrow” saw Hen rushing to the scene and her son Denny is safe. But Karen was still in the building, and Bobby would not let her suit up and join her 118 colleagues for the rescue.
