Manny Villar was born on born December 13, 1949. in Tondo, a poor and densely populated district of Manila. Manny is the richest Filipino billionaire businessman, and he is also a former politician. Manny previously worked as a senator from 2001 to 2013, and he was also the President of the Senate of the Philippines country from 2006 to 2008. Before his stint in the senate, Manny represented the district of Las Piñas–Muntinlupa from 1992 to 1998 and Las Piñas’s at-large district from 1998 to 2001. Manny Villar was also one of the speakers of the House of Representatives from the year 1998 to 2000.
