Garcia was seen riding in his motorcycle; a van was seen driving through, though there was a red light. The van crashed Joan causing an accident. Joan is currently in the hospital suffering from Splenectomy, where eight ribs are broken ribs, a hip, and a tongue. The tongue is now put to sleep but will wake up soon. The journalist had suffered a very big accident which could have taken his life. Luckily he survived and is now being treated in the hospital.
