Les Grobstein was born on 11th March 1952 in Chicago, Illinois, United States. By profession, he was a Long-time Chicago radio sportscaster. He began his career as a color commentator for Northwestern basketball.
He shot to fame for his take on an infamous locker-room rant by Chicago Cubs manager Lee Elia in 1983.

Les Grobstein’s wife’s name is Diane Desimonev, who also happens to be a radio sportscaster.
