Louise Newcomb was last seen driving down Peever Road in a blue Chevy Cruze. CJSH 948 is the license plate number assigned to the car.

Newcomb is portrayed as 59 years old, 5 feet 9 inches tall, and with short, blond-streaked hair. She was last spotted with a black bag, dark shorts, a dark tank top, sunglasses, and sandals.
