A short time ago she played with the KRS Vanke Rays of the Zhenskaya Hockey League (ZhHL) during the 2020–21 season.
Bozek played her collegiate career with the Minnesota Golden Gophers women’s ice hockey program. She was selected second overall by the Toronto Furies in the 2014 CWHL Draft and over her career has played in the Canadian Women’s Hockey League (CWHL), National Women’s Hockey League (NWHL), and the Zhenskaya Hockey League (ZhHL).

Megan Bozek grew up with her parents and family in Buffalo Grove, Illinois, U.S. Megan is the daughter of Tom Bozek and Patti Bozek. Similarly, she also has two brothers whose names are Stephen Bozek and Danny Bozek.
During the 2007–08 season, Bozek was a member of the U.S. Under-22 Team. In the gold medal game of the 2009 IIHF World Women’s U18 Championship, she logged two assists. In January 2022 the team represented as the Team USA in the Winter Olympics.
