Who Is Michael Schumacher’s Nephew?

David Schumacher was born on 23rd October 2001 in Salzburg, Austria, Germany. German racing driver David Schumacher is the grandson of former Formula One driver Ralf Schumacher, the nephew of Michael Schumacher, a seven-time world champion, and the cousin of current Formula One racer Mick Schumacher. He is presently taking part in the Mercedes-AMG Team Winward 2022 Deutsche Tourenwagen Masters.

The incident took place at the Hockenheim DTM; 20-year-old Schumacher was attended to on the scene but was not believed to have suffered any significant injuries. The attending doctors estimate that David will need to take a sabbatical for roughly six weeks. According to the German daily Bild, he wouldn’t require surgery. Young Schumacher and Thomas Preining collided, causing both of their cars to crash into the barrier and rebound back into the circuit.
