Richie Suck, a famous vampire, was introduced in What We Do in the Shadows Season 4. In episode 3 of the FX series, Nadja hires rapper Richie to perform for the opening of her nightclub. However, when Richie Suck abruptly cancels, things don’t proceed as expected. Luckily, a surprise act intervenes to save the day.
Nadja opens her own nightclub
In season 4, Nadja achieves a longstanding ambition by starting her own vampire nightclub, which she calls Nadja. In episode 3, the club holds its official opening, and Nadja arranges for a thrilling headlining act.
Richie Suck, a vampire rapper, is introduced in Season 4 of What We Do in the Shadows. Richie is “possibly the best vampire rap artist of all time,” according to Nadja, to be more precise. Richie Suck is portrayed by Affion Crockett in episode 3. Like his persona, he is a rapper in real life.
Nadja relays some of Richie Suck’s hits like “Bitin’ My Style,” “Sun Down, Funtown,” and, of course, “Throat Juice.”
The opening night of Nadja depends on Richie Suck, who hasn’t performed or released new music in ten years. Sadly, things don’t work out the way we had hoped.
“What We Do in the Shadows’ Season 4 introduced Richie Suck
In episode three of What We Do in Shadows season 4, Richie Suck cancels at the last minute. When Nadja visits him, she discovers that Tom, his familiar, is controlling him (Fred Armisen). It is something that occurs, says Nadja. Not so much with vampires, but constantly with the music industry.
However, Nadja persuades Richie to visit the club. Richie seems determined to play his music for the crowd, especially after he sends Tom into the crowd for the vampires to eat. Richie switches to “observational humour” instead. The audience is not happy, but fortunately, Colin Robinson, a young man, saves the day by singing a song from the 1936 musical Born to Dance.
