QCP is a popular TikTok star and he was reportedly arrested by Los Angeles police as he drove a stolen U-Haul truck in the city. QCP was allegedly arrested for felony possession of a stolen vehicle on September 9 when police ran the van’s plates.

According to TMZ, the Tiktoker told police that one of his roommates lent him the van, but the U-Haul company reported it stolen after someone rented it and never returned the vehicle. Scroll down to know the full story 

Tiktoker QCP Arrested

According to Dexerto, QCP was reportedly arrested by Los Angeles police as he drove a stolen U-Haul truck in the city. After being arrested, QCP was released from custody on $25,000 bail. The Tiktoker is confident that the case would be dropped, as there are no charges against him.

He said that his roommate friend, who was responsible for renting the U-Haul, has since paid for the van after they didn’t pay on time. QCP has remained stubborn that he had no idea the van was reported stolen and wanted to help his friend move.

Why Was QCP Arrested?

The arrest of QCP reportedly came in September 2022. In October 2022, TMZ shared that the Los Angeles Police Department arrested Tiktoker for felony possession of a stolen vehicle-A U-Haul van, which QCP’s roommate had rented and never returned.

QCP Tiktoker Arrested

First, officers pulled QCP over when he was driving the van on Friday, September 9. When they ran the U-Haul’s plates, police found that it was reported as stolen and QCP had no idea about that, as his rep told TMZ.

Apparently, the company previously reported the vehicle as stolen when it was not paid for or returned by the renter.

Is QCP Released?

QCP explained to officers that he had borrowed the vehicle from his roommate, but the Tiktoker was arrested and booked and later released on a $25,000 bail. QCP hasn’t been charged. Since the arrest, the roommate allegedly paid the fees. QCP’s reps believed that the case would be dismissed as QCP doesn’t have a car theft history.
