According to information received by Blizz Uganda, it was reported that BLQ Football scammed many people and stole their cash worth 50 billion shillings. This was brought to public notice when the National Gaming and Lotteries Board issued a notice warning the people of Uganda to refrain from dealing with the company. The company is not registered and licensed to function in Uganda.
Reports say that BLQ initially functioned in some parts of Europe and flew after stealing lots of money from victims. Later, it migrated to South Africa and did the same thing and after being smoked out, it came to Uganda. It operates as BLQ FOOTBALL Uganda on social media such as Twitter, Facebook and through its website.

BLQ was conducting betting activities illegally without a valid licence from the National Lotteries and Gaming Regulatory Board for the said activities. Citizens of Uganda were advised to refrain from dealing with illegal or unlicensed gaming operators who lure and defraud unsuspecting public members.”

In a statement dated 11th October, the National Lotteries and Gaming Regulatory Board advised the people to refrain from dealing with betting company BLQ Football Uganda, and the reason is for not having a valid license to carry out any gaming services. What about BLQ Football Registration?
The Board said, “Upon investigation, the Board has established that Acclaim BLQ Sports SMC Ltd t/a BLQ Football Uganda is operating illegal online gaming activities without a license.
