Hu Jintao Removed From A Session
China’s former leader Hu Jintao was led out of a session during last week’s Communist Party Congress. Footage shows what happened before that incident in greater detail how outgoing Politburo member Li Zhanshu, to Mr Hu’s left, took a file away and spoke to him.

What Happened To Hu Jintao?
Hu Jintao was led out of a session and the incident happened on Saturday morning, according to The Guardian. In a window between foreign media being permitted into Beijing’s Great Hall and the beginning of the final public meeting of the 20th party congress, the former Chinese leader Hu was removed from his seat next to his successor and out of the Great Hall of the People.

According to asiamarkets, Hu was in poor health and because of the timing of the media arrival in the Great Hall, no reporters would have seen if there was any visible decline in the minutes before he was led out.
The Xinhua News Agency revealed late Saturday that Hu insisted on attending the session despite being unwell. Xinhua said on Twitter, “When he was not feeling well during the session, his staff, for his health, accompanied him to a room next to the meeting venue for a rest. Now, he is much better.”
Where Is Hu Jintao Now?
Hu Jintao was the president of the People’s Republic of China from 2003 to 2013. He was also the general secretary of the CCP from 2002 to 2012.
In 2012, Jintao stepped down as leader of the CCP and was praised for relinquishing leadership voluntarily. He was in China and was removed from his seat and out of the Great Hall of the People.

As per the footage circulated on Saturday, Hu Jintao, who appears reluctant to leave, was lifted from his chair and taken by the arm and escorted out. None of the footage that was released on Saturday or Tuesday has been broadcast in China. The incident has not been reported in Chinese language media or even discussed on Chinese social media, where conversations around senior leaders were restricted.
