David Chang is the chef and founder of Momofuku. He started his first restaurant in 2006, Momofuku Noodle Bar, received six James Beard Awards, a GQ Man of the Year Award, and was included on the Time 100 List of influential people. David Chang also hosts the show and executive producer of the podcast “The David Chang Show” and two Netflix documentary series, “Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner” and “Ugly Delicious.”
David Chang also published his first cookbook named “Momofuku’ in 2009. He released his second cookbook “, Cooking at Home: Or How I Stopped Worrying About Recipes (and Learned to Love the Microwave)” in 2009. The second is co-written by The New York contributor Priya Krishna.
