Who Is Makarov?

Vladimir Makarov is one of the antagonists of the Call of Duty: Modern Warfare trilogy. After some time, he became the main antagonist and final boss of the third and final instalment of the trilogy, Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3. Makarov became the most hated character in Modern Warefare Trilogy because of his qualities like “boss Battle’.

Makarov is a money motive character. For gaming money, Makarov trades the blood of people. He has ethics or rules in the war. Even this character is not loyal to his flag or country. He killed hundreds of unarmed Russian Civilians and blamed the American government for this incident.

It pays way to Third World War. The war is because of his actions towards the Russian Civilians. Makarov tried to attempt to kill Russia’s President, but he failed. So he kidnapped the daughter of the Russian President and tortured her. So it is clear that Makarov is the most prominent hated character in Call of Duty.

Is Vladimir Makarov From Call Of Duty A Perfect Villian?

Makarov is one of the ruthless characters in Call of Duty. Even he will kill people to gain money. He shot Yuri, his friend, to reach his target without mercy. Makarov remained a dangerous and heartless villain until; he died.

According to Newspaper clippings, Vladimir Makarov has photos of Bravo Six in his safe house. He just declared that Bravo Six is responsible for the death of Imran Zakhaev. However, he was only responsible for the terrorist attacks in London and Moscow and threatened the removal of the Ultranationalist Party. The Ultranationalist party is the ruling party in Russia.

He is also involved in many criminal activities like acts of terrorism, human trafficking, money laundering and drug smuggling. This quality makes him a perfect villain in Call of Duty.

Vladimir Makarov was born on April 10, 1970, in Soviet Russia. When he died, he was 46 years old. He died on January 21, 2017. His eye colour was not constant. Sometimes, it remains blue, and other times, it stays green. Makarov’s hair colour is Dark Brown.

Vladimir Makarov is an ultranationalist terrorist and an antagonist in Modern Warfare 2. He is also a primary antagonist in Modern Warfare 3. He is the most dangerous and cruel antagonist in MW2. Vladimir became leader after a shot dead of Zakhaev by Soap MacTavish. 

Makarov became a caption and dead for Russia to protect itself from Western influence. He does not belong to any political party; he belongs to Ultranationalist Party, and Makarov did want he expected to do as a caption. 

As a result, of his fight and the death of Zakhaev, there was an airport named “Zakhaev International Airport, which is the setting of the controversial mission “No Russian”.

Makarov MW2

However, Makarov patronised Russia, so he hated Western Society. The team’s first mission towards the Zakhaev International Airport resulted in the assault of Zakhaev. So after the task, the players will adopt the alias of “Alexei Borodin”. 

The team’s second attack between the United States and Russi instigated the war. Finally, Makarov turns a player at the end of this mission and shoots their character dead. This show that Makarov’s knowledge was adopted from General Shepherd, who intended to start a war. The goal of the war is to gain more American patriots, and Makarov helps them unknowingly.

Moreover, his outfit is changed before the mission, but after MW3, his outfit remains the same.
