Yishun Car Accident
After an accident in a Yishun parking lot on Tuesday afternoon, two adults and a 15-year-old girl were brought to the hospital. The incident involving two cars, a motorcycle, and two pedestrians was reported to the police on Wednesday at around 2.45 p.m., according to the police. The 31-year-old driver of the grey Mazda involved in the collision was one of the women.
What Happened To The Injured People In The Yishun Accident?
A 64-year-old pedestrian was the other injured woman. When they were transferred to the hospital, all three were awake. According to the Singapore Civil Defence Force, two of the injured individuals were sent to KK Women’s and Children’s Hospital, while the third was taken to Khoo Teck Puat Hospital. The inquiries continue.
What Happened After The Yishun Accident?
A girl can be seen sobbing while lying on the ground next to the grey automobile in videos of the incident’s aftermath that have gone viral. A senior woman is also seen sobbing uncontrollably next to the car while carrying a baby. She is being comforted by an old woman who has blood on her face.
In another video, a bystander can be heard claiming he has phoned for an ambulance while a man in a helmet tries to assist the teenager. The collision severely damaged the front of the grey automobile.
