Turning off Crossplay in Xbox is slightly different, which involves changing the game settings. You have to change the settings of Xbox instead of changing the players to turn off Crossplay in the Fortnite box.

• To open the guide, click the Xbox button on your controller.

• Tap profile and system, the following setting and then account one by one.

• Find “You can play with people outside the Xbox network”.

Comparing other games, Fortnite don more for Crossplay. By default, the game itself has enabled Crossplay. But there is a simple way to turn off Crossplay for those players who use or switch to PS5, PS4, Xbox series X&S and Xbox One-PC players who can disable the Crossplay in any season.

Steps to disable Cross Platform Fortnite for PS5, PS4, Xbox series X&S and Xbox One are given below:

• Go to settings and click account and privacy

• If you scroll down, there will be a GamePlay Privacy click.

• Below the gameplay privacy, there will be an “Allow Cross-Platform Play.” 

• Tap the button and click “No”.

Now crossplay platform Fortnite will be disabled on PS4.
