Kim Plath Arrested

“Welcome to Plathville” star Kim Plath was arrested in Florida on Thursday, October 20, 2022, for driving under the influence with additional charges of property damage and personal injury.  She turned herself into the Sheriff’s office for arrest. Fans have taken their views into social media to express their views regarding Kim’s arrest. They didn’t like it when Kim was driving under the influence after she was shown raising her kids in a traditional lifestyle in the reality show.

Why Was Kim Plath Arrested?

Welcome To Plathville star Kim Plath was charged with a DUI on Thursday, October 2, 2022. Kim turned herself into the authorities after being issued a drunk driving warrant. The police were unable to provide more details about the warrant but they did confirm that Kim turned herself in on a Thursday morning at the office. According to “The US Sun,” Kim’s charges included property damage and personal injury. Kim and Barry have 10 children together- Moriah, Ethan, Hosanna, Micah, Lydia, Isaac, Amber, Cassia, Mercy, and Joshua, the latter of whom died when he was one.

Kim Plath Jail

Records indicate a police officer noticed a single-vehicle car crash around 11.52 pm on June 10, 2022. The car travelled south along the road, made a lefthand turn, and then overturned. The driver was identified as Kimberly Plath, and she was still in the driver’s seat. Plath was already in the back of an ambulance when the officer arrived. It was known that Plath was heavily intoxicated and a strong alcoholic beverage odor came from her breath.  She turned herself in after she received a warrant. However, she was released following her arrest.
