Migos Rapper Takeoff Died
According to TMZ Hip Hop, Takeoff, one-third of the trio Migos, was killed in a gunshot this morning in Houston.
The deadly event reportedly took place shortly after 2:30 AM, when police received a call reporting that a man had been shot at the bowling alley known as 810 Billiards & Bowling Houston, according to law enforcement officials and multiple witnesses.
Takeoff was reportedly shot either in the head or close to it as he and Quavo were there playing dice when a fight started. He was confirmed to be dead on the spot.
Quavo, wearing an orange shirt, and others are gathered around Takeoff in footage from the incident that was obtained by TMZ Hip Hop. Quavo screamed for someone to call for help as they initially attempted to move him before getting him back down.
According to the police, two further people were shot and transported to the hospital in private vehicles. The conditions of them are still unknown and Quavo suffered no harm.

How Did Takeoff Died?
Takeoff, the third rapper in the group Migos, along with Quavo and Offset, has passed away, according to TMZ. Takeoff, real name Kirshnik Khari Ball, was shot to death at 2.30 a.m. in Houston at a bowling alley where he and Quavo were playing dice. Takeoff was confirmed dead on the spot. Two further visitors were shot on the premises and taken to the hospital. Quavo escaped injury.
Just a few hours prior to the incident, Takeoff posted a selfie from the bowling alley. Quavo tweeted a video of himself exploring Houston earlier that day with Jas Prince, who was celebrating his birthday.
Takeoff, whose real name is Kirshnik Khari Ball, was the group’s newest member. Quavo was his uncle, and Offset was his cousin.

In 1994, Takeoff was born in Lawrenceville, Georgia. Under the alias Polo Club, Takeoff started rapping in 2008 alongside his uncle Quavo and cousin Offset. The group released Juug Season, their debut mixtape as Migos was released in 2011.
Versace, the group Migos’ first widely popular track, was released in 2013. The song was important for popularizing the triplet flow, which is Migos’ trademark rapid-fire cadence, inside current rap. Drake, a Toronto rapper, later remixed the song, and the three members of the trio would go on to work together frequently.
