MW2 New Zealand Trick Not Working
Infinity Ward advised the players that they shouldn’t attempt the New Zealand trick to access ‘Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2’ earlier than scheduled in their local region.

In the past, Xbox players used the “New Zealand trick” to get access to new releases a little earlier than planned, but Infinity Ward doesn’t appear satisfied about it for Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2.

For those who ignore the warning and switch regions, Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 is set to be available at midnight in New Zealand, which lines up as 4 am PST / 7 am EST / 12 pm BST later today.
