Saboi Imboela Arrested
According to the report from Lusaka Times, it has been reported that National Democratic Congress Leader Saboi Imboela has been apprehended and arrested for violating Libel and Hate Speech by the Zambia Police Service. The Zambia Police Service in Lusaka suspended and put Ms Imboela for the violation of Libel Contrary to Section 191 of the Penal Code Act Chapter 87 of the ordinances of Zambia.
