He broke his jaw and had to have his mouth when he was running through his house and slipped and hit his face on a granite corner of a fountain when we woke up in the hospital; his chin bone was hung off his face, according to Men’s Health. In addition, he tore his ACL, dislocated his shoulder, threw out his back and broke his wrist.
In an interview with a magazine in September 2022, Zack said he stopped tis therapy to rehabilitate the injury because of facial issues. However, the muscles in his face work together “like a symphony,” so the masseter muscles in his face, which are used for chewing, which had to overcompensate for his other facial muscles, are not as strong, he explained to the same magazine.
This interview showed that he did not go for any plastic surgery and his face changes happened due to the injury. Due to his physical transaction in Baywatch(2017), he went into depression and insomnia, which was revealed in men’s health magazine.
